Ministers and Outreach Worker

Our Church shares a Team Ministry with Bandon Hill and Wallington Methodist Churches. Our Ministers are:-

Revd Julie Underwood

Rev Julie joined us from Byfleet in Surrey on 1 September 2009. Within our Team Ministry, Julie is the first point of pastoral contact for Carshalton and Bandon Hill Methodist Churches. She and her husband, Malcolm, have three children and are the proud grandparents of three girls. Julie is available by appointment to anyone who wishes to speak about pastoral matters - telephone 020 8647 1550. Friday is her day off.

Revd Suzanna Bates

Rev Suzanna joined us from Livingston in Scotland on 1 September 2009. She is the first point of pastoral contact for Wallington Methodist Church and is also a member of the Epsom Methodist Church team. Suzanna has been in ministry for 26 years and moved to the UK from South Africa twelve years ago. She is available by appointment to anyone who wishes to speak about pastoral matters - telephone 020 8647 2147. Friday is her day off.

In addition, we receive support from our retired Minister, Rev David Holland; other ministers and preachers who lead regular worship; and our Outreach Worker, Nick Boddy.

Rev David Holland

David is a retired but active Methodist Minister. In his career David gained considerable experience at a number of postings and Carshalton Methodist Church continues to benefit from his advice and support. David leads our worship on frequent occasions and he offers pastoral support to our Church members. Please contact David through our Church Office. This is open Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 12.30 pm. Nick is our full time Outreach Worker and he is also one of the borough's volunteer street pastors. He is an experienced worship leader and we benefit from his many talents and long experience. Nick has his own office at the Church Tel 020 8773 9357.
