Summer Fun at Carshalton Methodist Church

Join in the Summer Fun!

Sunday worship at Church continues throughout the summer. Morning worship is at 10.30am every Sunday and informal evening worship takes place on the 2nd and 4th Sundays at 6.30pm. We also invite you to enjoy the fun of summer at the following activities:

Eco Local Environmental Fair - Bank Holiday Monday 30 August 10.30am - 8.00pm                                          

The 2010 Eco Local Environmental Fair will be held in Carshalton Park, next to our Church, on Monday 30 August. It is one of our Borough’s biggest events with 10,000 people enjoying a range of entertainment, food and stalls. Carshalton Methodist Church will be there with its bright red marquee. Find out face-to face about all the activities that go take place at our Church. Do come and say hello to us. Entrance to the Fair is Adults £4; concessions £2; under 12's free.

Together with friends from Bandon Hill and Wallington Methodist Churches, we will also be running the Fair's Sea Zone, offering oceans of fun for kids.

Summer BBQs - Join us for the last one of the summer on Sunday 5 September 

We hold our Church BBQs after morning worship on the first Sundays of July, August and September. Preparation begins around noon in the garden between our Church and the Ruskin Hall. There is a small charge for the food and drink. All are welcome - please come and join us.

Next BBQ is Sunday 5 September after worship at 12.30pm

 Razzamatazz Robots Holiday Club brightens the summer

Razzamatazz Robots was held in the last week of July. It was a fun filled adventure designed to help children understand the important truth of God's plan for each one of us. With plenty of fun along the way, we looked at God's Creation and our role in it.

Many thanks to the qualified teachers and volunteers who ran the club for us.
