Where to find us
Carshalton Methodist Church is at the north-west of Carshalton Park. Show on map
We are not far from the 154 bus route (get off at the Windsor Castle pub). The 157, 407 and SL7 (formerly X26) bus routes run through nearby Carshalton Village. The nearest railway stations are Carshalton and Carshalton Beeches.
As you approach from the road, the church is the white painted building on your left. On your right (looking rather like a church because originally it was) is the Ruskin Hall.
The office is reached via the Ruskin Hall side entrance, which is ahead of you as you approach with the hall on your right. Continue ahead for the Lower Park Hall and then the Upper Park Hall.
Accessibility
The side door to the church provides level access to the church itself. The Lower Park Hall is accessed via a moderately sloping corridor. There is an accessible toilet just inside the entrance to the Lower Park Hall. Level access to the Ruskin Hall is via the side door. Neither the Upper Park Hall nor the Upper Room have level access.
Parking
Unrestricted on-street parking is available in The Park (the road to the west of the church site) and on parts of Ruskin Road. The hard standing on the corner of the church site is reserved for the use of church officers, and for people with reduced mobility and their drivers.
Please be considerate to local residents, particularly in The Park, by parking correctly, and by not making excessive noise late in the evening.
